By clicking the "Order" button, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms when using our website. Hale Halland Leather Manufacturing AB reserves the right to revise these General Terms and Conditions and users are responsible for keeping up to date with such changes.

Hale Halland Leather Manufacturing AB does not guarantee that all items on the website will be in stock when you order. If an item is not available, you will be contacted shortly by phone or email. Hale Halland Leather Manufacturing AB cannot guarantee that the content on the page is free of inaccuracies or printing errors at all times. We also cannot guarantee that all information is up to date and Hale Halland Leather Manufacturing AB can change the content on the website at any time. Hale Halland Leather Manufacturing AB has the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders and final sales and gives you the option to place a new order with the correct price or cancel your order.

Product images and information texts present reflect the product as closely as possible, but we reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the product. We cannot guarantee that the colors on the website are true to life. This is partly due to the color settings of your computer and monitor.

We ship all orders received by us no later than the next working day.

Within Sweden: Sek 59:-, if you shop for more than Sek 500:-, shipping is free.
Within EU: Euro 10:-

For International orders, you must pay import taxes, customs charges according to the country's laws.

When we have finished packing your order, we will send you a delivery confirmation via e-mail. On it is a tracking number that you can use to follow the package to your delivery location.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND PURCHASES

You always have 14 days right of withdrawal from receiving your item, according to the Distance Trading Act. 

The item must be in new condition when you send it back. If the item is used, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value.

When returning the products, please ensure that they are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package yourself until we receive it. Save receipts from the carrier and any tracking numbers. In the package the item was sent to you, there is a return shipping note and a return form. Fill in the form, pack it with the product and attach the delivery note visibly to the outside of the package. Then you hand the package over to your agent. Always use the enclosed return shipping slip and return form - otherwise, refunds may be delayed or non-existent. If you have lost the return shipping slip, contact our customer service and you will receive a new one.  

Return shipping is paid by the customer. In the case of an exchange, we are responsible for the return shipping.

For returns from Norway and Internationally contact us at info@hallandleather.com and we will send you a customs invoice + return shipping slip.

When we have received your return and registered it with Klarna, they will issue a credit to you. You will receive a confirmation email from us stating that the return has been received and approved, where the current purchase amount minus any shipping fee is stated.

If you have paid by card or direct payment, the refund from Klarna takes place automatically.

When paying by invoice, the amount on the invoice is credited. If the invoice has already been paid, Klarna will contact you for the information required for the refund. If you return an item before you have paid the invoice, we recommend that you notify Klarna that you have returned the item (simply via the Klarna app) so that you do not risk a late fee. 

If you want to exchange one or more items, you simply send back what you don't want in the same way as a return and place a new order for what you want instead. Simply indicate "Exchange" in the return form that you send with the package. In the case of an exchange, we are responsible for the return shipping. 

UNSOLVED PACKAGES

For deliveries that are not picked up at the delivery point, an administrative fee of SEK 300 is added. It should cover our costs for shipping, returns and administration.

Remember to always pick up your package - of course you always have the right to return! 

 

COMPLAINTS

We at Hale Halland Leather Manufacturing AB are very keen that our products are of the highest quality and that our customers are satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your product, we want you to contact us and describe why the product did not meet your expectations. 

Should the product be incorrect or damaged, we will of course send you a new or equivalent item. 

Under the Consumer Contracts Act, you have the right to make a complaint about a product that has defects or deficiencies that existed when you received the product. The duration of your right to complain is three years from the date you received the product.

You must notify us within a reasonable time of noticing the defect. A complaint made within two months of noticing the defect is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.

DISPUTE

Complaints or comments regarding Hale Halland Leather Manufacturings AB's services or products should be communicated to Hale customer service via email info@hallandleather.com . If you are not satisfied with our handling of your case, you are welcome to contact the General Complaints Board (ARN), www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We always follow ARN's recommendations.

FORCE MAJURE

We have the right to claim force majeure in the event of war, war-like event, civil war,

revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement does not need to be fulfilled in whole or in part.
