Refund policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND PURCHASES
You always have 14 days right of withdrawal from receiving your item, according to the Distance Trading Act.
The item must be in new condition when you send it back. If the item is used, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value.
When returning the products, please ensure that they are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package yourself until we receive it. Save receipts from the carrier and any tracking numbers. In the package the item was sent to you, there is a return shipping note and a return form. Fill in the form, pack it with the product and attach the delivery note visibly to the outside of the package. Then you hand the package over to your agent. Always use the enclosed return shipping slip and return form - otherwise, refunds may be delayed or non-existent. If you have lost the return shipping slip, contact our customer service and you will receive a new one.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. In the case of an exchange, we are responsible for the return shipping.

For returns from Norway and Internationally contact us at info@hallandleather.com and we will send you a customs invoice + return shipping slip.
When we have received your return and registered it with Klarna, they will issue a credit to you. You will receive a confirmation email from us stating that the return has been received and approved, where the current purchase amount minus any shipping fee is stated.
If you have paid by card or direct payment, the refund from Klarna takes place automatically.
When paying by invoice, the amount on the invoice is credited. If the invoice has already been paid, Klarna will contact you for the information required for the refund. If you return an item before you have paid the invoice, we recommend that you notify Klarna that you have returned the item (simply via the Klarna app) so that you do not risk a late fee.
If you want to exchange one or more items, you simply send back what you don't want in the same way as a return and place a new order for what you want instead. Simply indicate "Exchange" in the return form that you send with the package. In the case of an exchange, we are responsible for the return shipping.
